Our Team

  • Sam Burns - Founder

I’m not here because I was a D1 athlete or because I dreamed of going to {insert national competition name here}.

I’m here because I care about helping people.

I found fitness in my early 30s because - as it turns out - doing nothing and eating pizza a lot doesn’t do wonders for your health. So I did something about it.

I got stronger, fitter, leaner, and more capable. And in the process, I found out that what I wanted - maybe all I had ever wanted - was to live a life of service.

So I jumped in with both feet. I’ve learned from some of the world’s best educators, instructors, and coaches in the fields of coaching, nutrition, mindset, psychology, fitness, and human movement. And then, I spent thousands of hours working with hundreds of clients to change their lives successfully.

Now, I’ve shifted to finding the world’s best coaches and working with them to offer the highest results to our clients, and it’s the greatest gift of my professional life.

Let us help you to help yourself.
Let us help you change your life.

  • Tiffany Foster

I'm not your typical fitness and nutrition coach. My path to this point wasn't paved with athletic achievements; instead, it began during my recovery from what seemed to be a hopeless state of life. I spent years of my life in the grips of substance use disorder, slowly poisoning my body daily. I made many attempts at getting sober and finally at the age of 25 found my path.

On the path to recovery, I discovered the empowering world of CrossFit. This discipline showed me that I could conquer challenging feats with the support of others. The dedication and hard work required not only got me healthy again but, more importantly, transformed my mindset. I transitioned from a life of chaos to one of purpose and wellness.

Now, helping others sculpt their own paths to fitness, nutrition, and a resilient mindset has become the driving force that fuels my passion and keeps me at my best. I understand the struggles of breaking free from unhealthy habits and the overwhelming feeling of starting from scratch.

My passion lies in guiding individuals, especially those who may feel it's too late or doubt their ability to make significant changes. I've now become addicted to the pursuit of knowledge, honing my skills to be the most effective coach possible. My mission is to help others break free from self-limiting beliefs, showing them that making positive changes in fitness, nutrition, and mindset is an achievable journey.

Over the past decade, my professional journey has been dedicated to helping others as a peer recovery coach and substance abuse counselor. Along the way, I've attained certifications that include CrossFit Level 2, Precision Nutrition L1, Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer, and Burgener Weightlifting L1. This diverse spectrum of knowledge and skills seamlessly integrates to craft a coaching approach that is both effective and deeply empathetic.

Join me on this transformative expedition, and together, we'll conquer the hurdles that once seemed insurmountable. Let me be the support you need to reshape your approach to fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Your journey to a healthier and more empowered life begins now.
